• Drainage time: 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on conditions. • Refilling time: Depends on the water flow rate. Household tap water typically flows at 10-20 liters per minute. If a bathtub has a capacity of 3,000 liters, filling it may take 2-5 hours.

Most people experience reduced stress, improved sleep, and more stable mood after 1–2 weeks of continuous use. This is a result of the gradual restoration of cortisol levels to a balance. It is important to note that the stress-reducing effect of continuous use of the whirlpool spa hot tub is cumulative, not a one-time effect.
